Second Annual Golf Classic

Join us in honoring the heroes of September 11th and the bravery of local first responders by becoming a sponsor for our 2nd Annual Golf Classic! With your help, we can come together to not only support first responders, but also, crucial healthcare initiatives in our community. You, or your organization, can swing into action and make a difference today!

Thanks to a successful inaugural golf classic last year, we raised approximately $80,000 to open a new Medical Center and Pharmacy in downtown Sandusky. We also gave $10,000 of our proceeds to local first responders in honor of September 11, 2001 and to thank them for all they do for our community. We look forward to another successful golf classic with our community and our partners!

All donations are tax deductible. Family Health Services is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center with locations in Sandusky and Norwalk. Our mission is to provide quality healthcare services without financial barriers. We continually strive to improve the health of our community by providing a “healthcare home” to address the physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being of our patients. We pride ourselves on local partnerships and being part of the communities that we serve.
